        I request you, dear T[reitschke], to send me the score of the song, so that the note inserted may be written out in all the instrumental parts [WoO 94] –– By the way, I shall not be the slightest bit offended if you want to have it set to music again buy Gyrowetz or somebody else, but I should prefer Weinmüller.   For I lay no claims whatever to it. At the same time I refused to allow another, whoever he may be, to alter my compositions. ––
